Premise is clean and well maintained.
Hand sink is stocked and working.
Fridges are all <4 Celsius.
No sign of pests.
Sanitizer for cloths is 100 ppm chlorine. Good.
Discussed chilling of glasses in ice. This is ok so long as no ice is scooped with glass, and all ice for chilling drinks is taken from a separate ice well.
Observed layout for purposes of expansion of menu.
Restrictions of no cooking or food prep on site is maintained; Facility is not properly set up for full food service. Addition of bar is ok but reinforces the restirictions on processing food. Only serving of pre-prepared cold foods and reheating of ready-to-eat items is allowed at this time.
