General sanitation - good. All hand-sinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towels and hot/cold running water. Friendly reminder: Please keep away from the handsink (which near the prep. pizza cooler) any utensils. Walk in cooler at 3.2 C (well organized). Prep. cooler at 2.0 C. Glass door cooler at 1.5 C. Freezers (front and kitchen) at -18 C or less.. Counter top hot holding unit with pizza (front area) at 66 C. Surface sanitizer (Bleach) in spray bottle is at 100 ppm chlorine. Insert thermometer - available. Foods storage - organized, covered, and off the floor. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Staff washroom - clean; supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers.
