Routine Inspection Kitchen not in use during the inspection. Kitchen is usually rented out to private groups. Any events using this kitchen for food for the public may require a temporary food permit from Fraser Health. Fridge is at 4 C - good. Freezer is keeping food at - 18 C. Hand sink has hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Dishwasher not turned on at the time of inspection or tested. Ensure it reads 82 C for the final rinse cycle when in use. Keep a surface sanitizer (1/2 tsp bleach per litre of water) when kitchen is use for sanitizing countertopes and other food contact surfaces Kitchen in a clean condition.
