Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Vegetable cutter was found to have food debris on the blades after cleaning.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized after each use to prevent potential contamination of foods. Cutter was washed and sanitized at the time of inspection.

Observation: Facility was found to have rodent droppings.
Corrective Action(s): Remove rodent droppings and monitor for continued activity. Facility must be maintained free of pests. Facility may need to contact professional pest control services to eliminate pest issues.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Pizza prep cooler inserts was at 3C. Bottom of the pizza prep cooler is no longer being used.
-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Chest freezers were at -14C and -17C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Sink was prepared with 100ppm bleach sanitizer.
-Bleach sanitizer pail was labelled and at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered. Raw meats store separately from ready-to-eat foods.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until May 08, 2023
