- Dishwasher final rinse water checked; 50ppm chlorine. - Major clean up has been done. Huge improvement observed inside the dry storage room. - No grease build up observed underneath the deep fryer. *Still lots of old cardboard boxes observed inside the dry storage room. This can be harborage material for pest so transfer all items to plastic containers. Remove old cardboard boxes.
