Handsink near the prep. cooler, handsink in the staff washroom, and 2-compartment sink were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Walk-in-cooler, pizza prep. cooler, and drinks cooler were at or below 4 degrees C.
Previously inaccurate thermometer was replaced inside the walk-in-cooler. Walk-in-cooler was equipped with a built thermometer and an accurate thermometer inside it.
Chest freezer and upright freezer temperatures were satisfactory.
Hot-holding unit and hot-held pizza slices were at or above 60 degrees C. Hot-holding unit was equipped with a built display thermometer.
No signs of recent pest activity were present at the time of inspection.
Staff member on-site had a valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate.
