Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2 containers of raw meat (pork? and chicken) observed being stored uncovered on the floor of the walk-in cooler directly underneath wire shelving.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to cover all foods in storage in a manner that protects against potential contamination. In addition, foods should not be stored directly on the floor, as it increases the risk of contamination from floor debris.
