-Premises built as per approved plans -All freezers -18 deg. C or less & equipped with thermometers. -Hand wash stations equipped with soap, paper towel and hot & cold running water. -All surfaces are smooth, durable and washable -Manager on duty said that she was told by head office that sampling was permitted. The premises has only been approved as a food store (prepackaged foods only). As per the plan approval letter/conditions - there is to be no food handling, processing, sampling on site. --> Failure to comply will result in enforcement action (ie issuance of orders, violation tickets...etc.).
