Observation: Rodent droppings were found by the back entrance. Operator stated rodents have recently been caught in the monitoring stations. Facility is serviced by professional pest control operator on a monthly basis.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize affected areas and monitor for continued pest activity. Contact professional pest control as needed.

Comments

-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Front upright coolers were both at 4C.
-Chest freezers ranged from -16C to -26C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C (warming table and hot holding unit).
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-Burger patties were cooked to greater than 71C and chicken was cooked to greater than 74C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach was tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer pail labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-Foods stored in pest resistant containers.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until August 15, 2027.
