Observation: Some cleaning required throughout. Clean shelves and floor in hard to reach areas such as under equipment. Clean grill units and exhaust canopy. Grills can be taken down and cleaned manually on a weekly/daily basis.

Observation: One cooler unit at temperatures of greater than 4 degrees Celsius. Cooler has sprouts stored inside. The cooler with the sprouts must be maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.

COMMENTS
- No evidence of pests
- Handsinks adequately supplied
- Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- Hot Holding achieving temperatures of greater than or equal to 60 degrees Celsius
- Two functional sink plugs available for use
- Dishwasher achieving final sanitizing rinse of greater than or equal to 50ppm Chlorine at the dish
- Sanitizer solution in use throughout food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm Chlorine - EXCELLENT!!
- Ice machine and scoop in good sanitary condition
- Raw meat stored away from Ready to Eat food items - EXCELLENT! This has been an issue in the past and improvements have been made today! No raw meat or eggs was found to be stored in the cooler units above ready to eat food items.
