A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezer was -20C; hot holding units 60C or hotter; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded daily.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottles and cloth buckets were 200ppm.
- Foods stored in food grade containers; covered; date coded; labeled; in food groups; and 6" off the floor on shelves or platforms.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- Staff wash hands correctly and frequently. Disposable gloves discarded after completion of a task and when changing a task.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
- All equipment and surfaces in good working order.
- All in order.
