-Well aware of recalls
- Repair noted in dishwashing area - the area is fully closed off no issues noted with handling clean dishware
-Temp. all coolers & freezers are all satisfactory (<4 oC and < -18 oC respectively).
-- Accurate thermometers are provided
- Hot holding units all > 60 C- no hot foods at time of visit
-No sign of pests noted.
- Good food storage & excellent food protection noted
- Foods are labelled properly - No expired foods noted
- Lemon Tree sanitizer > 200 ppm
- Temp. log sheet maintained
- Ice machine clean & maintained properly
- Excellent staff Hygiene noted
