- General sanitation is satisfactory
- All coolers (display, upright) < or = 4C.
- All freezers (walk in, three chests) < or = -18C
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. A professional pest control company inspects the premises twice a month for pest activity.
- No bulk food items stored in bins.
- Random food items (i.e. prepackaged meats, dried fish) checked for expiration dates, condition of packaging, and signs of deterioration. All in good condition.
- Dry storage area is organized and food items are kept at min 6inches (15cm) off the floor for better cleaning, air circulation, and preventing pest contamination.

Meat processing room:
- Two compartment sink supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels
- Sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine solution. Drain plug available.
- Meat slicer is in clean condition. No traces of build up of food debris.
Note: The meat processing room was not in use at the time of the inspection.
