Observation: Dishwasher in the bulk foods section observed not to be in working order.
Corrective Action(s): Manager indicated that technician will be contacted today to fix the dishwasher. In the meantime, manually wash and sanitize the scoops in a two or three compartment sink until the dishwasher has been fixed and inspected by public health officer.

- QUATS spray bottle and dispenser concentration measured to be 200ppm
- Staff observed to be wearing hairnets
- Walk-in cooler maintained at 4C or less
- Walk-in freezer maintained at -18C or less
- Temperature logs maintained and available
- Good general sanitation. No pest activity detected during time of inspection

Produce department
- Handsink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel
- QUATS dispenser measured to be 200ppm
- Walk-in cooler maintained at 4C or less.
- Good general sanitation. No pest activity detected during time of inspection.
- Note: Dividers observed to be missing from a three compartment sink which makes it difficult for effective cleaning and sanitizing of equipment. Please restore the dividers for a minimum of two compartment sink as per the floorplans.

Meat department
- Handsink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel. Note: Check to ensure that the water flow is sufficient
- Three compartment sink with plugs available for manual dishwashing
- QUATS spray bottle and dispenser concentration measrued to be 200ppm
- Good general sanitation. No pest activity detected during time of inspection.
- Walk-in cooler and display coolers measured to be 4C or less. All foods are covered.
- Note: Provided education to meat department staff regarding regular documentation of checking and documenting temperatures of the coolers twice per day
