At the inspection dated July 29, 2021 there was 3 children and 1 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. Action required by the Licensee is indicated in this report. As part of the Routine inspection, a Facility Risk Assessment Tool was completed.

Ensure policy for Care and Supervision is available at inspection. At today's inspection, a copy was not available. It is noted that a policy was developed when the Licensee was first Licensed.
