Routine inspection: All hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 72.9C at the plate level. All coolers measured at 4C or less. All freezers measured at -18C or less. Hot holding measured at 60C or higher. General food storage is adequate. Foods adequately covered and protected. Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 100 ppm as per test strips. 2 compartment sink available. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Routine pest control service in place. Dine in closed due to COVID 19. No plans to re-open dine in any time soon.
