Follow-up inspection to confirm functionality of bottle washer:

- Chlorine-based sanitizer (MSDS Available; Biomax Extra Bottle Cleaner) used only once every 2 weeks for temperature-sensitive containers. As per note to file on May 31, 2018, approximately 10 oz are added per ten gallons of water (volume reported by operator). Submit documentation on how the chemical is to be tested
- Standard water containers are flushed with a hot water rinse reservoir of 162F at the tank and reaches approximately 160F at the bottle surface. Ensure that the digital readout indicates 162F or greater before use
- Handwashing station stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels (at back)
- Clients do not self serve - all refilling of bottles are conducted by staff on site
