Introduction

An unscheduled follow-up inspection to the Routine Inspection #AFUN-CJ8RQG dated September 13, 2022 was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DOLSOP). All areas of the facility previously identified with contraventions were inspected for compliance.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

On the inspection date of October 19, 2022 there were 9 children and 3 staff present. At this inspection the contraventions identified during the routine inspection were confirmed to have been corrected. The following education/recommendations were provided: COVID-19 Preventative Practices Visit the CCFL website at www.fraserhealth.ca/childcare for additional resources, and links to the Legislation (CCALA and CCLR).
