-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Counter top cooler was at 4C.
-Front hot holding unit, back hot holding unit, and rice cookers were greater than 60C. Foods cooked to greater than 74C prior to hot holding.
-Cooked potatoes made the previous day were cooled properly and at 4C.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs available.
-Bleach sanitizers labelled and tested at 100ppm to 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination. Raw meats stored below ready-to-eat foods.
Double stacked foods physically separated by wax paper and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by store pest control operator.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until March 31, 2024.
