-Facility is currently being used for storage by Cioffi's and as a base of operation for for Flavours in Film. -No food processing currently being done on-site -Walk-in cooler was at 2C -Cold processing room was at 10C (not currently in use) -Walk-in freezer was at -23C -Food stored off of the floor *Ensure items not required for the food premises are not stored on-site. -Handsinks in processing room and washroom supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. -Bleach present to sanitize surfaces -No evidence of pest infestation noted at the time of the inspection. Pest control contract in place with monthly service. ***Processing room has not been in use; however, some cleaning is needed to remove minor mildew/mold from walls. In addition, water noted on floor at the time of the inspection. Operator to clean up, determine source and address. Minor repair to flooring also needed at entrance to prep room from walk-in cooler. Flooring to be durable and continuous to facilitate cleaning.***
