- General sanitation is good.
- All handwashing stations supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels. Make sure that the handwashing station at the bar has hand soap.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed sanitizer at 50ppm chlorine bleach concentration at the plate's level.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Dry food items must be stored min 15cm off the floor.
- Surface sanitizer at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty.

Temperature control:
- All coolers: < or = 4C
- All freezers: < or = -18C
- Hot holding units were not in use at the time of the inspection.
- Thermometers available in all coolers and freezers.
