Staff are spraying all dishes with sanitizer and wiping off. Only one sink stopper available for staff to fill dish sinks. Corrective Action(s): Review procedures for dishes with staff. Make sure all staff following proper dishwasher procedures for all dishes and dishware (excluding Clean In Place CIP). Three compartment signage in dishpit, just needs to be followed. Have at least three new sink stoppers available at follow up inspection (date noted on report) Violation Score: 15
