Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towel not available at hand washing station located in the staff washroom. A re-usable cloth towel is observed stored on a hanging rack next to the paper towel dispenser. Staff placed paper towel in the dispenser during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): All designated hand washing stations must be adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel (or other approved single-use hand drying method) at all times. Cloth towels MUST never be used for drying hands as the towels harbour bacteria and can contaminate food handlers' hands.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Large bag of purple onions observed stored directly on the floor in front of the wire shelf in the storage area. Staff placed the bag of onions on the dry storage shelf during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): All food must be stored at least 6 inches off the floor to ensure foods are protected from potential contamination and to facilitate proper, frequent cleaning of the floors in the facility.

- No hot-holding observed on site
- Raw meat observed stored away from ready-to-eat, cooked foods
- Raw meat preparation areas are observed separate from other food preparation areas
- All food observed covered
- General sanitation is good during inspection
- Hand washing stations in kitchen and at front preparation area observed unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Two 3-compartment sinks available with drain plugs and QUATs sanitizer
- QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle (x1) measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- Equipment observed sanitary and in good working condition
- No signs of pest activity during inspection
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
