Comments

- Liquid soap was available at all hand washing stations. Good. **Liquid soap dispenser still needs to be installed at front hand washing station. Dispenser in washroom still needs to be repaired. Correct by 2 weeks.
- Quats sanitizer solution available in sanitizing compartment of 3-compartment sink at 200 ppm. Test strips available for use.
- Quats sanitizer solution available in sanitizer bucket at 200 ppm - ensure wiping cloths are stored in this solution in between uses.
- Yogurt in large insert was measured to be below 4C at time of inspection. Good. Ensure ice slurry level is high enough to maintain contact with the insert at all times.
- New cutting boards were in use.
- Sanitation of coolers satisfactory.
