OBSERVATION: Prep/undercounter cooler next to half door entrance noted with door broken. This can cause physical injury when a person opens cooler, as the entire door falls off.
CORRECTIVE ACTION(S): Ensure cooling unit door mentioned above is fixed. Technician scheduled to fix cooling unit tomorrow as per staff explanation.

-Prep cooler next to hot holding unit, food surface 3.0 deg. C inside cooler -1 deg. C
-Prep cooler next to cashier, food surface 2.0 deg. C inside cooler -1 deg. C/ ice cream dispensing unit 4.0 deg. C
-Walk-in cooler 1.0 deg. C
-Beverage cooler next to cashier 3.0 deg. C
-Tariyaki sauce hot holding 70.0 deg. C
-Peanut sauce hot holding 67.0 deg. C
-Green Curry sauce hot holding 71.0 deg. C

-High touch surfaces are disinfected half hourly using peroxide multisurface disinfectant as per staff explanation.
-Only four dine-in sitting spots are open to customer
-Alcohol based hand sanitizer provided with signage for customer use.
