The oven was being used to bake sweet potatoes. Corrective Action(s): Stop immediately. You do not have approval for food prep. Remove the oven from the premises. General Notes: Coolers are below 4 degC. Freezers are below -18 degC Handsinks are fully equipped. 200ppm bleach solution is available in a spray bottle. Shelves have been lifted up higher from the ground. Unused equipment have been removed from the back area. Kimchi is prepared and portioned in the store located in Vancouver.
