Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One of the sanitizer spray bottles at the wait stations had less than 50ppm chlorine sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Chlorine sanitizer shall be at least 200ppm. Operator corrected at time of inspection.

Observation: 1. Wall behind waffle irons is quite greasy.
2. Ceiling above cook line around the air diffuser is quite dusty.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean the wall behind the waffle irons and keep them clean on a daily basis to prevent attracting pests.
2. Clean the ceiling tiles above the cook line and keep them clean on a regular basis to avoid build up of dust which may contaminate food and food preparation surfaces.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): All of the automatic paper towel dispensers were out of order.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure automatic paper towel dispensers are always in good operating condition - e.g. fresh batteries and no paper jams. At time of inspection every hand sink had a roll of paper towels beside them. Operator corrected at time of inspection.

General observations:
Coolers were 4 degrees Celsius or less.
Freezers were less than -18 degrees Celsius.
Hot holding units were over 60 degrees Celsius.
Food storage practices were satisfactory.
Organization of storage areas was satisfactory.
Hand sinks were stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
All sinks were equipped with hot and cold running water.
Staff hygiene and food handling practices appeared satisfactory.
Premise is not equipped with a low-temperature dishwasher.
Chlorine sanitizer residual concentration was 100ppm.
Chlorine sanitizer in buckets for in-use wiping cloths were 200ppm
Spray bottle of chlorine sanitizer at the other wait station was 200ppm.
Chemicals were stored in a safe manner.
No signs of pests.
Premise is still serviced by a licensed pest control company on a monthly basis.
