Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (The following was observed during this inspection:
1. All sanitizer buckets were at 0ppm concentration during time of inspection.
2. Dishwasher found at 0ppm concentration.)

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (1. All handwashing stations were missing paper towels or paper towel dispensers were not working properly. )
Comments

Follow-up inspection.

The following has been corrected from last inspection:
1. Dishwasher is at 50 ppm concentration for rinse cycle.
2. Sanitizer is at 100ppm bleach water concentration. All sanitizer buckets are labelled.
3. All handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Dispensers have been fixed.
note: operator noted to ask employees to wash hands before starting kitchen duties during this inspection THIS IS VERY GOOD!
4. Handles for the faucet of the Handwashing station in back preparation area have been fixed.
5. Back sweets cooking/prep area has been cleaned and reorganized. All sweet trays are covered.

The following still requires operators attention:
1. Front display cooler is now working but needs to be at 4c or below.
2. Implement a new cleaning schedule for daily, weekly and monthly cleaning. This should be posted in the kitchen for all employees to follow.
3. Operator was provided temporary food application copies. If planning to provide food for the vasaikhi parade, ensure to submit an application to health department for required approvals.
