2 compartment sink supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water Fridge at 3C Freezer at -23C Quat based detergent sanitizer UltraQ 128 measured in rag bucket at 200ppm - good General sanitation good No evidence of pests Monitoring records on site and in use for refrigeration systems - please also include the sanitize (aka rinse) step of the dishwasher to ensure it is heating properly. Manufacturer's instructions state gauge is to reach 82C. Make sure the check occurs during the rinse cycle (not wash) Please call me once repair/service has been done.
