The following issues have been corrected before or by this inspection. - No food products were stored in areas where chemicals/ hot water tank located - Mildew accumulation located by plastic housing of ice machine components (at the top) has been removed - Grease and residue observed around dough mixer has been removed - Handwashing station located by walk-in cooler accessible during time of inspection - Yogurt available purchased from approved source
