Note: Bulk foods expansion and/or expansion to any food made ready-to-eat will require additional sanitary facilities as discussed. Three compartment sink plus handwash station or two compartment sink plus commercial dishwasher would serve similar purposes related to dishwashing and food service requirements. Basic floor plans would be needed for review.
