Comments

Routine inspection.
-Liquid soap, hot and cold running water and paper towels were available at the handsinks.
-walk-in cooler was 4°C or less.
-upright cooler was 4°C or less.
-The chest freezer was removed. Frozen food is not being used on-site.
-Hot-held food was 60°C or hotter.
-Dishwasher final rinse was 76.7°C (71°C or hotter) at the plate.
-100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the spray bottles.
-The operator had passed Foodsafe based on a document signed by a certified foodsafe instructor.
-metal shelves were available near the dishwashing area. The wooden shelves near the dishwasher were removed.
-The wooden shelf in the back storage area was re-painted.
-Light bulbs were encased in shatterproof covers in the kitchen area.
