Corrective Action(s): - Discard solution and remix solution as per manufacturer's instructions.
- According to manufacturer's instructions 200 ppm Quats = 8 mL Sparta-San 10 + 4 L water.
- Review how to properly mix 200 ppm Quats with user groups.

- Handsink provided with hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels.
- Fridges: 2 deg C and 3 deg C
- Upright Freezer: -25 deg C
- High Temperature Sanitizing Dishwasher: 73.2 deg C at dish surface; Minimum Wash and Final Rinse Temperature reached as per unit data plate.
**Ensure that user groups allow verify that the minimum Wash and Final Rinse Temperatures are reached BEFORE using unit to wash dishes/ food equipment.
-General sanitation of premises appears satisfactory.
- No pest activity noted.

Note: Premises is a communal kitchen in an Independent Living facility. Communal kitchen is used throughout the year for various pubic events offered by the Ladies Auxiliary. Kitchen not in use at time of inspection.
