Routine Inspection Conducted:
- Hand washing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap and paper towels
- QUATS sanitizer buckets with wiping clothes measured at 200 ppm. Solution is changed frequently throughout the day, a timer is used.
- QUATS dispenser measured at 200 ppm. Test strips are available
- High temperature dishwasher reached 74.6 at plate level during the final rinse cycle
- 3 compartment sink available with sink plugs
- Prep coolers and stand up coolers at 4C or below
- Stand up freezers at -18C or below
- Temperature records are available and maintained daily
- Milk steam wands are sanitized in between use using QUATS solution
- Ice machine maintained in sanitary conditions, scoops stored outside of machine
- No pest activity observed during inspection. Monthly visits from pest control professionals.
- Food stored 15 cm/6 in off ground and well organized
- Health permit posted in visible location
- General sanitation of facility is good
