Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Temperature inside the 3-door pizza prep cooler is 8-9 degrees Celsius at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): *Adjusted thermostat of the refrigerator at time of inspection.
*Monitor the refrigerator temp over the next 1-2 hours to confirm that the unit maintains temps at 4 degrees Celsius or lower.
*Contact a repair technician if thermostat adjustments are not suficient to fix the temps.

Observation: Vinyl cove base at the base of the rear wall of the kitchen is not firmly affixed to the wall due to decay of the drywall near the floor. The decaying drywall near the floor is a potential entry way for pests/rodents to gain access to the food premises.
Corrective Action(s): Install a rigid material (ie. wood, metal flashing, etc.) along the wall to create a tight seal along the base of the wall.
