Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Paper towel dispenser was missing from hand sink near prep area (soap dispenser was available); paper towel dispenser to be installed and available at all hand sink areas
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure paper towel dispenser installed at hand sink where missing; operator to put paper towel roll at hand sink temporarily until dispenser installed

Observation: * Some build up of grime/debris under main 2-door cooler that requires daily cleaning; also, behind cooking line has build up of dust/debris that requires regular maintenance too
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all areas properly cleaned regularly(under 2-door cooler daily) and maintained in sanitary condition -- including behind stove area

Observation: * The 2-door cooler in ktchen shelving has rusted and requires repair; also, there is a bucket under this cooler that was catching water that was leaking-- this cooler to be repaired and not leaking or replace it: noted that some shelving in coffee servery area was deteriorated and requires repair-- any other shelving/cupboards that have deteriorated/chipped are to be repaired too
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure 2-door cooler shelving repaired and not leaking-- replace it if not repairable; also, repair any shelving where deteriorated

* Dishwasher final rinse was minimum 50 ppm chlorine residual at plate surface
* Cold-holding units were 4'C/40'F or colder
* Freezer units were -18'C or colder
* Sanitizer was available and at 200 ppm quaternary ammonium concentration in bucket to store wiping rags
* Monitoring records were available for cooking/hot-holding and equipment checks; provide cleaning checklist for daily cleaning
* Food was covered in storage
* Note: hand washing station in prep area missing paper towel dispenser; install paper towel dispenser at hand washing station
* Faucet spray unit was installed at dishwashing area; repairs to some cupboards/shelving done
* Note: some shelving still requires repair; ensure all cupboards/shelving in proper working order not deteriorated
* Note: 2-door cooler shelving to be repaired; underneath the cooler unit was leaking at some point-- ensure this has been repaired or replaced if not repairable
