Routine Inspection conducted today. At the time of inspection no food preparation observed. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Chlorine spray bottle measured at 200ppm. Bleach on-site. 2-compartment sink available. High-temperature dishwasher final rinse temperature measured at 185F at the manifold. Stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezers and chest freezer measured at -18C or lower. Food protected from contamination. Chemicals stored separate from food. No signs of pests observed. Overall, facility is well organized and clean. Report emailed due to COVID-19 pandemic.
