Observation: .Facility has done the following without health approval:
1)Renovations to customer area (not the kitchen)
2) New additions to menu
3) Business name change from Cloverdale Coffee Co to Republica Coffee Roasters
4) New espresso machine installed
5) 2 new ventless ovens installed
The following is to be done:
1) submit floor plans to reflect the current layout
2) Submit food safety plans for any new items (eg. spinach/feta item, etc.)
3) Fill out and return application form for name change.
4) Provide certificate of incorporation and list of directors to verify that the legal ownership is still the same.
5) Submit sanitation plan for expresso machine (ie. how it is cleaned & sanitized)
6) Submit specs/info for ovens.

.All handsinks have liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
*Use pump soap dispenser, not squeeze bottles
.All freezers at <-18C
.Thermometers available in all units
. Temperature logs maintained daily
.Dishwasher achieved 50ppm chlorine on rinse cycle
.Spray bottles have 200 ppm Quats for surface sanitizing
. FoodSafe certificates to be submitted
.Business card provided
. Facility is not cooking any raw meats as there is no commercial ventilation.
.Expansion of menu will depend on prep space.
