Food preparation or food packaging are NOT to be done in the dining area.
That has not been approved. Preparation and packaging is to be done in kitchen areas physically separated from customer areas to ensure food is protected from contamination.

Corrections Needed:
- Provide hand sanitizer to customers in the customer food pick-up area

Observations During Inspection:
- No food preparation or packaging observed in dining room area.
- Updated Food Safety and Sanitation Plan submitted.
- Dining area closed.
- Area where customers pick up their food orders has been physically separated from the dining area by barriers.
