All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C. or colder. All freezers are -18 degrees C. or colder. General sanitation is overall good. Liquid soap and paper towel at handsinks. Sanitizer had a 200 ppm quat residual in containers and sink. Warmer was maintaining foods at 70 degrees C. or hotter.
