- Gap noted under exterior door leading out from electrical room, however door between electrical room and food areas did have an adequate seal. Install additional weather stripping under exterior door to completely seal up gap and prevent pest entry and possible harborage inside electrical room.

√ Three compartment sink stocked with soap and sanitizers
√ Equipment appeared to be in good working order
√ General sanitation and maintenance is excellent
√ No signs of pest infestation noted

√ Temperature logs maintained and no issues with equipment have been noted
