All coolers were < 4 C.
Freezers were < -18 C.
Ice wands are used for foods that are cooked in advance.
Staff are FoodSafe Level 1 certified.
No evidence of pests, traps are in place. Pest control is on site monthly.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature reached 76 C at the plate level.
Records available for dishwashing and refrigeration temperatures.
Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm. Sanitizer bucket and spray bottles were available.
Hand sink was supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
