Corrective Action(s): Corrected. Bleach water was re-tested and measured at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine. Ensure sanitizer is maintained at concentrations required for safe and effective sanitizing of food contact surfaces (for example, 100 ppm chlorine).

- Low temperature dishwasher measured 47 degrees C and 50 ppm chlorine in the rinse residual at the utensil surface (minimum required: 50 ppm chlorine).
- No signs of pest activity observed during inspection.
