Turned the cold water faucet but no water was dispensed. Corrective Action(s): Staff obtained a new roll of paper towel for the hand washing station. Service / fix the cold water faucet to ensure cold running water is provided. If there is a leak at the faucet or pipe, the leak must be fixed. Correct by: Oct 9, 2019. Violation Score: 5
