Corrective Action(s): -Clean and disinfect all isles
-Do not store any food in lower shelving in international foods, and any foods in soft packaging to be stored in upper shelving unlit
-Put sticky traps and more traps under all shelving units.

Observation: -Noted some structural deficiencies noted in entire facility specially back storage area ( broken walls, missing baseboards, holes ...)

-Discard any garbage or stuff that are not being used for the operation of the facility
-Organize the back area

Comments

- Random check, all refrigeration units temp @ <4 degrees Celsius
- All freezer units temp @ <-18 degrees Celsius
- All food items in store intact, no expired foods (random check)
-Back storage/produce processing (only washing , rinsing of some veggies )
-All vegi tray, fruit trays come pre-made pre-packaged.
- Sanitizer available @ 200 ppm Quats for veggie area
-Hand sink fully equiped with hot + cold water, soap + paper towel.

Address all noted issues and send a report re: actions taken to rectify those with time line no later then Oct 25-2023
Send the recent report by Orkin to the attention of the area inspector
- Currently Orkin is visiting three times per week
