Observation: Kitchen:
1. Products stored in top section of prep stations 1 and 2 (furthest from pizza station) measured 9°C.

Bar:
1. Juice, Clamato, and milk stored partially covered in ice. Exposed portion of bottles measured 12°C.

Kitchen:
1. Contact technician to have units serviced and repaired. Units must hold products at 4°C or less. In meantime, store smaller quantities of food/ingredients in top sections of units.

Observation: Kitchen:
1. Products in top section of prep stations 1 and 2 (furthest from pizza sation) measured to be 9°C.
2. Central handsink (prep station 2) observed to be plugged at time of inspection
3. QUATS sanitizer dispenser measured to be dispensing at 50ppm QUATS
Corrective Action(s): 1. Have technician in to service and repair units immediately. Units should be capable of holding products at 4°C or below. In meantime, reduce food stored in the top sections of these stations.
2. Repair handsink immediately. Handsinks should be available for staff working at the station to use.
3. Contact Ecolab to have dispenser serviced immediately. Sanitizer must reach between 200-400ppm to properly sanitize surfaces.
