This inspection done by EHO student. * The following temperatures were measured and recorded: - Walk-in cooler 4 deg.C - UnderCounter Coolers at front for vegetables 4 deg.C - Chest freezer -22 deg.C - Beverage Cooler 3 deg.C - Hot holding for Poultry 64 deg.C - Hot holding for Lamb 74 deg.C - Hot holding for Beef 71 deg.C - Hot holding for Rice 79 deg.C * Chlorine Spray bottle Sanitizer was measure and found at 100PPM * Though three Compartment Sink not Set-up at the time of inspection, Operator was able to describe Set-up procedure and Chlorine Sanitizer concentration for washing and Sanitizing dishes. * Secondary Cooking Step equipment (grill) appeared clean and well maintained. * Kitchen exhaust hood appeared clean and well maintained * All hand washing sinks were stocked with liquid Soap and paper towel. Hot and Cold running water available * General Sanitation is Satisfactory * NO signs of pest activity noted at the time of Visit. COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOL - Tables were used to ensure physical distance between operator and patrons. However, three staff members present at the time of inspection had no face mask as social distancing among the three of them in the kitchen area not feasible - No COVID-19 Safety Plan provided upon request. * Correction Order to provide a Covid-19 Safety Plan on or before 2020/07/23 @ 12pm issued.
