At the follow-up inspection dated Mar. 07, 2024 there were 6 staff and 36 children present. As the facility manager was not on-site today, this report was reviewed with a facility staff during the inspection, who will inform the facility manager and the licensee regarding the findings of today's follow-up inspection.
Licensing completed a follow-up on the contraventions identified during the last inspection.
During today's inspection, Licensing identified the following:
- The facility manager's Criminal Record Check on file was observed to not be under the facility's name
- One staff's Criminal Record Check on file (for a staff working in the upper classroom of the premises) was observed to not be under the facility's name
On Feb. 18, 2024 Licensing received an email from the facility manager which said that the facility has applied via the Criminal Records Review Board to address the issue regarding the CRCs, and that Licensing will be emailed directly to provide an update. The facility is to ensure that all CRCs are under the name of the facility. Please email Licensing once the above Criminal Record Checks (CRC) have been addressed and updated.
Other than the listed item above, all other contraventions identified during the last inspection appears to have been addressed.
