Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-BJKVXY
Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
Raw animal foods and ready-to-eat foods are properly organized.
Hole located at mop sink is sealed. Stainless steel paneling is in place.
New gaskets have been provided for some cooler doors/drawers. Note: Remaining gaskets on order to be installed at a later date.
Outstanding:
Under counter cooler (upstairs) noted on previous report measured at an ambient temperature of 12 to 13 degrees C. Internal food temperature: 12 degrees C (tahini). Thermometer located inside cooler is also displaying approximately 12 degrees C. It was stated that a technician was on site yesterday and cooler temperature had dropped to 5 degrees C. Ensure cooler is repaired or adjusted as needed in order to maintain foods at 4 degrees C or less.
Follow up inspection to be conducted on December 12, 2019.
