Routine inspection conducted.

All hand sinks supplied with liquid hand soap, hot/cold running water, and single use disposable paper towels.
All refrigeration units measure 4 degrees C or lower.
All freezing units and deep freeze unit both measure -18 degrees C or lower.
QUAT sanitizer measured at 200 ppm from the wash pails, spray bottle, and dispenser.
Hot-holding units measured at 60 degrees C or more for gravy, meat patties and veggie patties.
Deep-fried chicken patties if warm-held are kept no more than 1 hour before being discarded.
3-compartment sink available for manual ware washing. Drain plugs available.
No signs of pests at time of inspection.
General sanitation of premise is well-maintained.
